Lift The Curse is an American rock duo born out of a decade-long collaboration between Texas and California natives, and now best friends Ryan Hegefeld and Jon Yadon Jr. Since launching in April 2022, the band has carved out a signature sound rooted in explosive alt-rock choruses, heavy-hitting riffs, melodic harmonies, and anthemic guitar solos — all delivered with raw energy and emotional weight.
Driven by a shared obsession with songwriting, Ryan (vocals, guitar, drums) and Jon (guitar, bass, backing vocals) seamlessly co-write every track, fusing their individual styles into a unified sonic force. With four full-length albums already under their belt, Lift The Curse pairs powerful music with a growing library of visually striking music videos — building a world fans can feel, hear, and see. When Lift The Curse hits the stage, they are joined by Austin based drummer Kyle Vanderhoof(Dizzy Bangers, The Followthrough). Kyle adds that gut punch drumming that suites the energy Lift The Curse already brings.
